Once you meet the Withdrawal Conditions, you can redeem your Balance via eGift Cards.View Details of Withdrawal Conditions.
You can redeem the balance at any time, we will complete the transfer within 1~7 business days after the approval of your application.
Step 1: Enter the "Withdraw Money" interface and click the 'withdraw' button.
Step 2: Choose 'Redeem Cash Back for Gift Card'. You will then be redirected to the Gift Card Center.
Step 3: Choose the country and one type of gift card that you want to withdraw, then select the amount for the gift card, then click 'Redeem.
Step 5:Then you can see your withdrawal record in your withdrawal history.
We will review and confirm your withdrawal request in 1~7 business days. If your gift card has been successfully redeemed, you will receive an email notification and you can see the information about the redeemed gift card at My Gift Cards.
